Before getting started with CCI, we want to make sure you understand everything that we offer. Even more importantly, we want to understand more about you, your objectives and your desired comfort level to make sure we select the right opportunities for you and your temperament.
Once we get basic information from you, we:

Step 1: Confirm your status as an Accredited Investor or Financially-Qualified Investor
You don't have to be an accredited investor to be one of our Private Lenders/Capital Partners since we are not dealing with securities or co-mingling your funds with others. However, we do have special Silent Partner opportunities for Accredited Investors so we want to see what scope of opportunities you qualify for. Also since our minimum term is typically 6 months we want to make sure that all of our Financial Partners will have the ability to allow CCI to put their money to work for them through legitimate real estate opportunities.

Step 2: Design Game Plan
Once we qualify a Financial Partner, we prepare a game plan and submit it to them that details the type of deals that we will present to them. Since everyone's desire term and preferred programs will differ, we want to make sure that the opportunities that you see will only be the ones that fit your general preferences.

Step 3: Send you Secured Real Estate Opportunities for your review
Through our marketing, we see dozens of unlisted off-market homes each day. Our ability to respond immediately and secure these deals is what allows us to match qualified real estate investors with our Private Lenders. You will see regular summaries of transactions each week and you select the opportunities you would like to take advantage of. It is that simple!

In addition to our process for analyzing deals, each transaction before being put in front of one of our Financial Process must pass each of our 4 stages of analysis.

Stage #1: Does the real estate asset comply with our standards of quality, attractiveness and viability? Will the structure of the deal allow our Private Lender/Capital Partner to achieve their ROI objectives?
Stage #2: Is the location of the real estate asset in a suitable area to execute the desired exit strategy? Does CCI have enough confidence in the location to help real estate investor execute their desired exit strategy if their assistance is requested?
Stage #3: While most every deal that we approve is primarily based on the quality of the real estate asset, we do review the borrower's ability to repay the loan made on their behalf by our Private Lenders/Capital Partners. Our investors typically have credit scores exceeding 700 and regular income to service any real estate debt. For those that don't fit that criteria, we will simply put the real estate asset in our name and provide them with a percentage of the net profits upon execution of the exit strategy.
Stage #4: Does the asset have enough equity upside to give greater protection to our Financial Partner? As a real estate investor the primary goal in acquiring any asset is to make money. Money is made on the acquisition and realized upon execution of the exit strategy.
