With terms ranging from 6 months to 36 months, our Capital Partners are able to take advantage of opportunities with each opportunity providing a targeted return typically between 8% and 12% APR plus a percentage of net profits on secured transactions. We also have a number of fantastic opportunities that provide you with continuous cash flow even after your receive your original principal and return on investment.
